+ very friendly staff + very clean and new rooms + working bathroom facilities (not common in Rome) + A/C makes no noise, almost no fan wind, can be set digitally, and works! (not common in Rome) + free high-speed wireless internet in room (very good for business travelers) + 2 beers, 2 cokes, 2 proseccos, 2 bottles of water daily included in room rate + great location
- quite thin walls, so night rest depends a bit on neighbors (also on top and below the floor). sometimes it was a bit noise on the floor above, but that's nothing to blame Roman Residence for - my room (#3) was a bit dark, only very small corner window to the inner yard of the building
The owner of the hotel was very friendly. You will get everything what they sugest and even more.
The window of the room is to the back yard. You can't open it because of the bad smell, which comes out of the kichen'S. Rooms looks better in the photos, then they realy are. Bad wasn't comfortable.
It was so close to the train/metro! Loved the free drinks in the room and free wifi. The best part was how friendly and helpful the manager was.
Regard to the accident that i had in Rome for my stolen monies and credit cards, there is an especial thanks to Mr. Yogesh and his colleague in reception for very nice and kindness support. So, I will propose this very nice and comfort hotel close to the main rail station of Rome (Termini) and Coliseum by the some minutes walking, to anybody is going to Rome for any purpose. Also, there is an advice for visiting Rome; Take care. This city is full of thieves. Of course, this is not related to this Hotel!!
Excellent staff very helpful and always with a smile. Received all the information for the city tour. The room was a bit small but very clean and perfumed with all the facility ( wifi in the room ;)))). Very good location, walking distance to city center. The neighborhood near the hotel seemed safe as compared to the Train Station. Central station just a few blocks away. A perfect place to have a pleasant holiday in Rome. Recommended :)
Would have liked to have a balcony in the room.
It was located perfectly near Termini station, very clean, kind staff, a warm place. I am proud of my booking at hotel Everest!
Location was great, room recently remodeled, staff very friendly
Only complaint is that water took some time to get hot if you wanted to take a shower
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything. It is very clean and the staff is really helpfull! Very good value for money, I would definitely come back!
The location close to the Termini was great. The room was small and spartan but clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. For those traveling on a budget this is a very good hotel.
Staff are very welcoming and helpfull..my room (10) was just fine for a solo traveler. The only thing was the size of the bed was just a bit small (twin bed) ... The morning breakfast for 3€ was very good...you can request to your liking... Bathroom and room was very clean....location was just perfect a couple of blocks away from termini train station...other touristic sights were just 10 to 15 minute walk away. When I return to rome I would definitely stay at hotel everest.
The reception staff were extremely helpful and on arrival they handed us a map and told us how to get to various attractions, where to eat and what to avoid! The rooms were cleaned regularly and linen changed every 3 days or when required. The location near Stazione Termini was great for hopping on the sightseeing buses, buses to parts of Rome as well as trains to other destinations. There were restaurants nearby and we even found a delightful Irish pub on our walk to the Colosseum.
Within 500 metres of Roma termini. Buses etc all weasy access. Great staff on reception - good for directions etc.
Nothing negative to say
Close to everything, on foot , and public transportation
Room little bit too small...but... that is Europe
Be careful what you want... because this is not a hotel! There are few rooms on 4th floor of an old building. Rooms are not clean, are dark and noisy. Stay away from this "hotel".
Very friendly and helpful staff. Close and easy access to Termini station, good location for access to site visiting.
Aircon never switched off properly and the room was quite cold - luckily there was a warm duvet. Could do with a desk.
